Man United manager Louis Van Gaal has suggested that he doesn’t think Angel Di Maria will be moving on.
The Dutchman was again asked about the Argentinian international after his side’s 3-1 win over San Jose Earthquakes on Tuesday.
Having previously stopped short of guaranteeing that the former Real Madrid star would be part of his plans in the new season, Van Gaal admitted that he expects him to join up with the squad this weekend.

“When we think we have something then I shall say it, but he shall come here on July 25,” he said, as reported by Sky Sports.
That would ensure that Di Maria arrives five days before the pre-season tour of the US ends, as the 27-year-old has been given longer than others after his exploits in the Copa America.
Several newspapers are reporting that PSG are closing in on a move for him, and it remains to be seen whether or not Van Gaal gives him an opportunity to turn things around next season after starting just 20 games last year following his £59.7m move from Spain.
