Man United have done a great job of outscoring what are otherwise high-scoring offenses, but Galatasaray have the clean sheet master of Turkey guarding the net in Fernando Muslera.
Unlike most other goalkeepers Man United have faced this year, Muslera doesn’t make the kind of boneheaded decisions that lead to easy goals, like the numerous ones Brugge’s goalkeeper gave up.
Veteran forward Lukas Podolski is no knucklehead either even if he’s on the wrong side of 30 – and he already has chemistry with rising star Alex Telles.
