Man United locked up a pair of teenage stars by extending the contracts of midfielder Josh Harrop and goalkeeper Joel Pereira.
The Metro captured social media images of the two 19-year-old rising stars signing their brand new contracts alongside Man United assistant manager Ryan Giggs.
Josh Harrop’s Twitter announcement was deleted shortly after being posted to his account (@joshharrop23), but the message read, “Proud to sign my new professional contract! Now time to focus on the season ahead”.
The Switzerland-born Joel Pereira posted an image to Instagram of himself signing the contract with the message, “Happy to extend my contract with @manchesterunited! Let’s work harder than ever!”
