Man United could be set to miss out on another target as Galatasaray have made a proposal to sign PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Ibrahimovic has been linked with a return to Milan this summer, and it still appears as though that is the most likely scenario if he is to leave the French capital.

However, his agent, Mino Raiola, has now revealed that they have received a proposal from Galatasaray with a view of signing the Swedish international before the end of the month.
“Galatasaray want Ibrahimovic,” he said, as reported by the Express.
“However, they didn’t go as far as making a formal bid. I got an offer for Ibra on behalf of Galatasaray.
“They came on behalf of Galatasaray, they talked to me, they got some more information.”
It remains to be seen whether or not a move to Turkey appeals to the 33-year-old, although it would certainly give him a serious chance of continuing to add to his trophy collection.
Nevertheless, he has made no secret in the past of his desire to return to Milan, and so if a deal can be reached with the Rossoneri, it is believed that he will go back to Serie A and help Sinisa Mihajlovic’s side get back to the top.
Update
In contrast to the reports and supposed quotes, Raiola took to Twitter on Wednesday to reveal that he didn’t speak to any Turkish media outlets and has had no contact with Galatasaray to discuss a possible move for Ibrahimovic.
Never met Galatasaray for Zlatan.
