Reports last week claimed that the Red Devils have added the England international to their list of potential targets and were preparing a £40m bid.
Edinson Cavani, Gonzalo Higuain, Mario Mandzukic and Alexandre Lacazette have also been touted for moves to Old Trafford.

But Kane, who scored 31 goals in all competitions last season after breaking into the Spurs first team, is the man who United supporters want to lead their line next campaign.
In a 40,000-strong poll conducted by 90min, Kane received 40% of the vote compared to 23% for PSG frontman and rumoured Chelsea target Cavani and 17% for Lyon’s Alexandre Lacazette.
