Man United are expected to pay Monaco additional bonuses should Martial reach certain requirements.
This includes scoring 25 goals, earning 25 caps and winning the prestigious Ballon d’Or.
The 19-year-old striker has already shown plenty of promise, as he scored nine goals in 35 appearances in the 2014-15 season.
It remains to be seen whether he can break onto the Red Devils’ first team right away, but United fans will be expecting the youngster to have a major impact considering his substantial fee.
