Radamel Falcao has reportedly put pen to paper on a £130,000-per-week contract ahead of his move to Chelsea.
The 29-year-old striker looks poised to be given a second chance to prove himself in the Premier League by Jose Mourinho.
Falcao spent last season on loan at Manchester United, but only scored four goals in 29 games in all competitions.
