Torino want to get their transfer business over with by Monday.
“Everyone who arrives at Bormio will stay for the rest of the year. Extra time has begun and on Sunday there will be the final whistle, that’s the deadline,” Torino president Urbano Cairo said.
The 25-year-old is under contract with Torino until 2017, but the Red Devils are desperate for an upgrade at right-back.
Man United are already on track to make a major upgrade at the back, as Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos is being widely tipped to move to Old Trafford.
If the Red Devils can land Darmian as well, they will become an even bigger threat to dethrone Chelsea as the Premier League champions.
Upgrading their defence has become crucial for Man United, as goalkeeper David de Gea is a prime candidate to leave for Real Madrid.
