Zlatan Ibrahimovic has hinted that he has plans to leave Paris Saint-Germain by revealing that his next move will be a “big surprise”.
The enigmatic striker has one year left on his contract with the French treble winners and has been tipped to join Manchester United this summer.
Speaking after inspiring PSG’s 2-0 pre-season friendly win over United in America last night, Ibrahimovic insisted that he is happy where he is, but also planted the seed for an exciting transfer.
“Where I go next? It will be a surprise. A very big surprise,” Sky Sports quote him as saying.
“I have another year of my contract with PSG. I have enjoyed my time here and I am very happy,” the 33-year-old added.
“The team is getting better. I think we are a strong team and we can do much more than what we have been doing. So, at the moment, I am very happy.”
Ibrahimovic, who has scored over 100 goals in three years with PSG, has also been linked with a move to Miami to join David Beckham’s newly-formed MLS franchise.
