Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea is not expected to return to Old Trafford for the 2015-16 season.
Although Man United are playing hardball, Real Madrid are heavily pursuing the 24-year-old as he is eager to head to Bernabeu.

The Red Devils may let him play out the final year of his contract and walk for nothing though if the two clubs cannot reach a deal.
Despite his apparent desire to transfer to Real Madrid, De Gea has been warned that he will be hated by Man United fans if he makes the move, according to the Daily Star.
“No, no, no, they are not going to forgive him if he joins Real Madrid,” Tomas Ujfalusi said about his former Atletico Madrid teammate.
Goalkeeper Petr Cech has already endured this sort of backlash from Chelsea fans since he signed a transfer deal with Arsenal.
