Manchester United are holding talks with Dinamo Moscow striker Aleksandr Kokorin, according to reports.
United boss Louis van Gaal is looking to bolster his attack before the end of the transfer window after missing out on prime target Pedro.
The Red Devils have less than two weeks to find a quality attacker and have most recently been linked with a move for Southampton star Saido Mane.
According to Russian source TASS [via Metro], United are keen on making a move for Kokorin, with the player’s agent currently in talks with Red Devils officials.
The 24-year-old striker also reportedly has interest from Tottenham and Zenit St Petersburg, however, United are believed to be in pole position to snare the Russian international.
Korokin has scored 38 goals in 165 league appearances for Dinamo Moscow and is a key member of the Russian national side.
The left-footed attacker has hit the back of the net eight times in 32 matches for his national side and featured in the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
