The agent of Fredy Guarin has dealt Manchester United a blow by stressing that the Colombian has no interest in a transfer away from Inter Milan.
The 28-year-old has long been linked with a move to Old Trafford and had been tipped as an option this summer as Louis van Gaal looks to improve his midfield.
However, Guarin’s representative Marcelo Ferreyra has ruled out his client leaving the San Siro and insisted that the South American is only focussed on making Inter a trophy-winning force again.

“We’re definitely not looking for a new home for Fredy, he’s extremely happy at Inter,” Ferreyra told FC Inter News.
“He wants to stay in Milan, he has a great relationship with [Roberto] Mancini and he’s only thinking about doing well in a Nerazzurri shirt.
“He wants to win in Milan. He has a contract which expires in 2017, and, as I’ve said, he wants to stay with Inter. His dream is to win with that shirt, and that’s all that’s on his mind.”
Guarin has made 106 appearances for Inter since joining permanently from Porto in 2012, scoring 18 goals.
