Man United have made a £2m offer for Odds BK winger Rafik Zekhnini, according to reports.
The 17-year-old starred during Odds’ Europa League clash with Borussia Dortmund last week, which the Norweigan side lost 4-3 after incredibly being 3-0 up against the Bundesliga giants.
According to TA [via Daily Star], United have moved to snare the signature of the youngster in an attempt to stave off competition from a number of potential suitors.
In an interview with TA, Zekhnini admitted it would be a “dream” to play for Manchester United.
“My dream is to play for Manchester United,” Zeknini is quoted as saying by Daily Star.
“It has always been my favourite club. But you never know if there will be an offer.”
Zekhnini was super-impressive against Dortmund and earned praise from Germany star Mats Hummels, who seemingly could not believe the winger was just 17 years of age.
It seems the youngster is extremely keen on a move for Old Trafford, and the Red Devils are currently in pole position to snare the player’s signature.
