The German World Cup winner is out of contract at the Bernabeu at the end of the season and has been offered to the Red Devils who, the Daily Star claim, are looking for a player in defensive midfield.
However, they could face stiff competition from Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool who the Star believe are all very interested in acquiring Khedira’s services.
Despite heavy Premier League interest, the Star also reveal Khedira could return to the Bundesliga with high flyers Wolfsburg ready to bring him back to Germany.
Meanwhile, Javier Hernandez who is currently on-loan at Madrid from Manchester United could also be coming to England with Real deciding not to take-up the option to sign him on a permanent basis.
Southampton could be a potential destination for the Mexican in the summer and the Star speculates this could pave the way for United to finally capture long-term target Nathaniel Clyne.
