The interest between Sergio Ramos and Man United appears to be mutual. Will Louis van Gaal pay the full fee to bring him to Old Trafford?

Man United transfer news: £66.5 Real Madrid MEGASTAR eyed, Sergio Ramos latest, & more
Real Madrid may have to come to terms with losing star defender Sergio Ramos, but if Man United want him, they’ll have to pay a king’s ransom.
According to the Metro, Real Madrid has demanded that Man United pay £65 million to complete a transfer for Ramos after reportedly turning down a recent £35 million bid from the Red Devils.
Though Ramos has openly (and loudly) complained that he wants a major salary increase to stay with the La Liga outfit and the club doesn’t seem inclined to give it to him, Real Madrid still expect to get a ton of money in exchange for one of the best players on the team.
Considered one of the best defenders in the world, the 10-year Real Madrid veteran Ramos was named La Liga Best Defender in three straight years (2012-2014) and is a four-time member of the UEFA Team of the Year. Ramos has 40 goals in 314 League appearances and 10 international goals – including two game-winners against France and Sweden.
Ramos has stated his intense desire to join the Premier League and some suspect that his burning hatred for Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is driving him to join one of the league’s top contenders.
