LW: Ashley Young – 6
The Red Devils most dangerous attacking presence today but even Young couldn’t break through.
Who was generally anonymous in the second half but for the first 45 minutes he threatened with some dangerous crossing and cutbacks but non found their mark.
CF: Robin van Persie – 4
What a poor return to the starting XI. Missed a penalty, blocked a certain goal from Ashley Young.
Had one good effort in the first half but even dropping deep or across the frontline couldn’t help him and he had no real influence on proceedings.
