Man United are reportedly considering the possibility of signing Lazio midfield general Lucas Biglia.
According to Sport Mediaset, Biglia could well be moving on this summer despite the fact that he has only just been appointed as the club’s captain.

United are understood to have identified Biglia as a replacement in the squad for Angel Di Maria after his switch to PSG, although the Argentinian is more of a midfield general than an offensive threat.
A move for the 29-year-old would reunite him with compatriot Sergio Romero, but it remains to be seen whether or not United are willing to pay the figure that he has been offered by the Italian media.
It is suggested that Lazio will be looking for a bid close to €30m to be convinced to let him go, and that is certainly a significant investment for a player that Louis Van Gaal may not necessarily need.
Both Lazio and United are set to play in the preliminary round of the Champions League next week, and it is claimed that the result of their respective ties will be crucial in whether or not the sale takes places.
