Man United keen to sign FOURTH England international defender
Former Man United hero available to Liverpool for just £10m
The Red Devils are looking to add to their midfield depth, since 33-year-old veteran Michael Carrick will be leaving the club after spending nine seasons with them.
Dourado will be leaving Brazilian Serie A club Internacional, and Man United manager Louis van Gaal has been observing his play recently.
Man United is believed to have plenty of money to spend on the 20-year-old midfielder, as they are reported to have a £150m for the upcoming transfer window.
They are looking to bounce back from two consecutive disappointing seasons that have consisted of them finishing no higher than fourth place.
Manchester United will be hard-pressed to return to championship contender status and compete with Chelsea.
The Red Devils will do everything in their power to upgrade all of their areas and bring in youth.
Signing Dourado will be just the signing that Man United needs to bolster their midfield depth and soften the blow of losing aging stars such as Robin van Persie and Wayne Rooney in the future.
