Manchester United are lining up a massive bid in order to attempt to lure Bayern Munich star Thomas Muller to Old Trafford, according to reports.
Muller has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League giants this summer, and Sport [via Metro] reports the Red Devils are preparing to launch a bid as high as £56.7m bid for the German international.
United boss Louis van Gaal is keen to bolster his attacker before the end of the summer transfer window and is believed to be keen to again work with Muller following their time together at Bayern Munich.
According to the report, United have already has two bids for Muller rejected by the Bavarian giants, however, the Sunday Express reported that Pep Guardiola is keen to cash-in on the 25-year-old following a fall out between the pair.
Muller would be a huge addition to the United attack and his presence could immediately push the Red Devils into Premier League title contention.
