Liverpool will reportedly swoop for legendary Spanish goalkeeper Iker Casillas once David de Gea completes his prospective move to Real Madrid.
De Gea only has one year left on his contract at Old Trafford and is expected to leave for the Bernabeu in the coming weeks, after apparently saying goodbye to his colleagues.

It was thought that Casillas, 34, would stay at Madrid and compete with De Gea to be Rafael Benitez’s number one, but The Metro claims that Liverpool could offer him an alternative and flirt with his Premier League curiosity.
The Reds are seeking competition for Simon Mignolet and have been linked with Sporting Lisbon’s Rui Patricio and Bolton Wanderers stopper Adam Bogdan.
But they now seem to be setting their sights a little higher and will make an approach for Casillas, who has won five La Liga titles, two Copa del Reys and three Champions League crowns in his 16 years at Madrid.
