Manchester United teenage striker James Wilson could find himself sent to the Championship League on loan next season.
According to the Metro, recently-relegated Hull City are targeting the 19-year-old Wilson in a loan move after an impressive debut in the Premier League over the last two seasons. Hull were relegated in the final week of the 2014-15 season after failing to get a win in the final four weeks – the club was outscored 6-1 in the month of May and scored just 33 goals all season – 4th worst in the Premier League.
In Wilson’s first ever start with Man United back in 2014, he scored two goals against Hull City in a 3-1 win – a loss Hull manager Steve Bruce apparently hasn’t forgotten. A young striker with the kind of scoring potential that Wilson has could be the key to winning promotion to the Premier League next season.
Wilson has 4 career goals in just 18 appearances for Man United between the Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup, and also has 11 goals in 19 appearances in the U-21 Premier League.
