Red Devils look to steal Villa contract rebels.
Manchester United are believed to be preparing a double January raid for Aston Villa duo Ron Vlaar and Fabian Delph when the transfer window re-opens in January, according to CaughtOffside.

Having laid out £150m for new talent in the summer, the United chief will not have the same level of funds available to him in the new year, thus leading him to rekindle his interest in the slightly cheaper pair from the Midlands.
Vlaar and Delph have been key figures for Villa recently, but with both in the last year of their contracts the club will be vulnerable to losing them for cut price fees.
Van Gaal knows tough tackling centre-back Vlaar well from his time in charge of the Netherlands, and will be of particular interest to Van Gaal as he continues to search for defensive reinforcements.
United are also keen on Delph as the likes of Marouane Fellaini, Michael Carrick and Anderson are all facing uncertain futures, and Van Gaal is even willing to include Tom Cleverley as part of the deal on a permanent basis in order to land the England international.
