Coleman has been heavily linked with a move to the Red Devils, and whilst it’s believed Everton are not interested in parting ways with the right-back, an Evans plus cash deal could tempt the Toffees into doing a deal.
According to Daily Star, United are willing to part way with Evans as Louis van Gaal looks to fill the troubled right-back position at the club.
Evans has just 12 months to run on his deal at Old Trafford, and United will look to take full advantage of the situation and attempt to use the Northern Irishman to get Coleman to the Red Devils.
Coleman has impressed during his time at Everton since joining the club for just £60k from Irish outfit Sligo Rovers and would fit seamlessly into Van Gaal’s system.
