SkyBet have suspended betting on Harry Kane leaving Tottenham Hotspur before the transfer deadline.
The 22-year-old striker had been tipped for a big-money move to Manchester United following an extraordinary breakthrough season in 2014-15.
He scored 31 goals for Spurs in all competitions, despite starting the season third choice at White Hart Lane, and bagged on his England debut Lithuania.
The Red Devils are apparently seeking a top-class forward to support Wayne Rooney, and have been linked with Kane alongside the likes of Thomas Muller and Edinson Cavani.
But there is now a confidence that he will be staying at White Hart Lane this summer, with SkyBet closing the market on his future after reporting a series of “large bets”.
Kane has stressed his desire to remain at Tottenham, and was this week quoted as saying that he wants to become a “legend” at the club which he joined as a youngster in 2004.
