Manchester United are reportedly ready to go back in for Paris Saint-Germain forward Lucas Moura.
According to French newspaper L’Equipe, via the Metro, the Red Devils came close to signing the Brazilian in 2013 before PSG stole him away from them with a last-minute swoop worth £31.6m.
As The Mirror reports, Louis van Gaal has admitted that he is in the market for a speedy winger, and Lucas, seen here scoring one of his four goals for PSG so far this season, would certainly fit the bill.

The 23-year-old is quick, skilful and scores goals – which United are desperately short of at present – and this video shows that he is equally comfortable coming inside to link up with his teammates.
Lucas is still a star performer for the Ligue 1 champions, but is not as indispensable as he might have been 12 months ago with Angel Di Maria having made an impact upon arriving from Old Trafford.
But the Metro adds that there are other Premier League clubs who are interested in the 33-times capped international, so United may have to move fast in January or risk losing out on him again.
