Everton plot second move for Man United star who has struggled under Van Gaal
According to Metro, Turkish club Fenerbahce is preparing to seal a £4m deal for the 28-year-old, who has fallen out of favour with Man United boss Louis van Gaal.
The Portguese winger was a vital part of Man United’s Premier League-winning teams under Sir Alex Ferguson – the Red Devils won four with him on the team.
However, Nani has been unable to score a single goal in the past two seasons, being held to just one in the 2012-13 season, and he only made one appearance for Man United last season.
Nani scored a career-high nine goals in the 2010-11 season, and he showed that he still has scoring ability as he notched seven goals for Sporting Lisbon while on a loan deal.
Although Fenerbahce is interested in the Portuguese winger’s services, he will still have to undergo a physical exam to make the deal official.
