Manchester United winger Nani is reportedly poised to join Turkish club Fenerbahce, but he will have to go through a medical exam first.
Nani is on track to do exactly that on Sunday, and Fenerbahce are expected to complete a transfer deal for the winger on a three-year contract, according to Turkish-football.com.

The Portuguese international played just once for United last season, before being loaned out to Sporting Lisbon.
Completing a deal for Nani will not be a total breeze for Fenerbahce though, as Man United are asking for a £5m transfer fee, according to The Telegraph.
The 28-year-old has only scored one Premier League goal in the last three seasons, but he bagged 11 in all comps for Sporting last term.
He previously scored nine for United in the 2010-11 season before following that up with eight in the 2011-12 season.
Fenerbahce will be making their sixth signing of the summer if Nani passes his physical.
