Former United star closes in on Queens Park Rangers switch
A former Manchester United great could be close to finding a new club as he agrees a deal to sign for newly-promoted Queens Park Rangers, according to the Guardian.
The 35-year-old has been a free agent since being released by United earlier this summer, and has also been working as a pundit for the BBC during their coverage of the 2014 World Cup.
Ferdinand will be reunited with his former manager Harry Redknapp, whom he previously played under at the start of his career with West Ham United.
