Gary Monk claims Gunners will have to break the bank for Bony…

Swansea manager Gary Monk has assured Arsenal and any other potential suitors that it will take a huge fee for his club to even consider selling their star Ivorian striker, talkSPORT reports
Wilfried Bony has notched 25 goals in all competitions since his move from Vitesse last summer, more than paying back his record £12m transfer fee – but his manager has admitted that “money talks”.
As a result of his form, the 25-year-old is interesting Arsenal, who have been impressed with his robust, physical style, and his aerial ability.
“I think we can hold on to him,” Monk said, when asked of Arsenal’s interest.
“He’s a good guy but money talks.
“It would have to be an astronomical fee for him to leave though and we’re not a selling club. We’re not in any debt. We don’t need to lose anyone so we’re in a strong position.”
“He’s a proper professional. He’s not the sort of player to take it easy. Every single day he pushes himself and everyone around him. The more players you have in your squad, the better you’re going to be.”
The Gunners are almost certain to sign a new striker this summer, with Yaya Sanogo having failed to score all season, and the other backup to Olivier Giroud, Nicklas Bendtner, leaving on a free transfer.
