Liverpool star Raheem Sterling has still yet to agree to any sort of deal that will allow him to leave Anfield, but he has made it no secret that he wishes to go elsewhere.
Manchester City have expressed interest in the 20-year-old star, and they are preparing to make their final offer to Liverpool, according to Mirror.

The Citizens are reportedly planning to offer Liverpool £40m plus £5m in add-ons, which will mark their third attempt at convincing the Reds to sell their young, disgruntled midfielder.
Man City have said that this really will be their last offer for Sterling, and they are confident that Liverpool will bite.
Sterling would undoubtedly make Man City an even more dangerous threat to win the 2015-16 Premier League title.
The Citizens are coming off a second-place finish behind Chelsea after winning the Premier League title in the 2013-14 season.
