It’s the turn of perhaps the most highly anticipated fixture in the Champions League last-16 as Manchester City take on four-time winners Barcelona.
The first leg of this mouthwatering tie will take place at the Etihad Stadium, with the Citizens looking to use their home advantage to edge away from the Catalans early on.
This is easier said than done however, as although Barca are perhaps not as strong as they were a few years ago, they still boast the likes of Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta in their ranks.
It’s the first time these two clubs have met in a competitive fixture and it’s a tough first knockout fixture in this competition for City – who failed to progress from the group stage in the previous two seasons.
Manuel Pellegrini has named defensive midfielder Fernandinho in his squad after injury although the Brazil international is unlikely to start, whilst Sergio Aguero is ruled out.
It means that Edin Dzeko and Stevan Jovetic will be competing for a place upfront with Alvaro Negredo, whilst Samir Nasri is expected to start after a match-winning display against Chelsea in the FA Cup on Saturday.
For the visitors, they welcomed back both Neymar and Xavi from injury in La Liga at the weekend and the duo are expected to go straight into the starting XI, at the expense of Pedro and Cesc Fabregas.
At the back Javier Mascherano faces a late fitness test and head coach Gerado Martino has named club captain Carles Puyol in the squad as precaution.
