United outcast Hernandez to ditch Southampton for Inter.
Javier Hernandez would rather move to Inter Milan than join Southampton as part of the deal that would see Luke Shaw come to Manchester United, reports the Daily Express.
Inter reportedly want the striker only on-loan for the season, but reports suggest that they might have to buy him permanently at the end of the loan spell for £10m pounds to prompt United to agree to the deal.
The 26-year old desperately wants more first team football, and although both Inter and Southampton would be able to give him the playing time he wants, the prospect of joining Inter – who are looking to achieve European qualification next term – could present a big opportunity for Hernandez.
United meanwhile, have to be wary of not selling the Mexico international to the Saints as they might then be pegged back in their £30m chase of ace left-back target Shaw.
