Red Devils aim to sign striker on the cheap.
Manchester United are considering signing loan flop Radamel Falcao on a permanent deal, but want AS Monaco to lower their asking price for the striker, according to the Daily Telegraph.

The Colombian international is on a season-long loan deal at United, with £43m required to sign him up permanently at the end of the season, which looks pricey for a player with only three goals for the club so far.
Falcao has previously been regarded as one of the best players in the world, but United are no longer desperate to sign him permanently if they cannot get him on a cut-price deal.
It remains to be seen if Monaco will accept these terms, as other top clubs may still be willing to fork out for the 28-year-old.
