United looking to capture Argentine midfielders from Benfica.
Manchester United scouts will be present at this weekend’s Portuguese Primeira Liga clash between Benfica and Gil Vicente if reports from the Daily Star are to be believed, with Louis van Gaal and his staff reportedly keen on completing a deal for Enzo Perez and Nicolas Gaitan.

Most dominant possession teams in Europe
The Argentine international duo are amongst the most impressive players in Jorge Jesus’ side, who are well on their way to retaining the Portuguese league title after a fine win at rivals FC Porto this weekend, but United appear capable of prising them away from the Estadio da Luz for a joint fee of £51 million.
Perez is an industrious and creative central midfield player who shone for Alejandro Sabella’s finalists at the summer World Cup, whilst Gaitan is a creative, wide player who was more on the periphery on account of Argentina’s fine attacking talent.
