Liverpool transfer news
The 20-year-old is currently stalling on signing a new contract at Anfield and is being linked with a number of Europe’s big sides, though the Reds are confident a £50m fee will scare teams off.
Manchester City, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are the other teams said to be interested in the England international, though a move to United would come as a real shock.
Liverpool’s long-standing rivalry with the Red Devils surely mean there is little chance of selling a big name like Sterling for any price.
