The 21-year-old, who has been compared with Manchester City star Sergio Aguero, has also been linked with Arsenal this season and could make an ideal replacement for Radamel Falcao at Old Trafford.
However, United will have to wait until the summer to sign the £31m-rated Argentine sensation, despite Palermo speaking with United already.
“Dybala is worth over €40m but I won’t sell him until June,” Zamparini said. “Many foreign clubs asked after him, including Manchester United.
“I told the English side that he is not for sale right now, but we can talk about it again in six months. In my view, he is the best striker in Europe at the moment.”
