Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley may have to wait until the summer to discover who his next club will be, reports CaughtOffside.

The 25-year-old is currently on-loan at Aston Villa and the Birmingham side have the option to sign Cleverley permanently in the January transfer window with a £7.5m bid.
However, with the England international’s contract at Old Trafford expiring next summer Villa manager Paul Lambert is considering waiting it out to try and sign the midfield ace for free.
This would be a risky tactic from the Scot though as Everton as also thought to be interested in signing Cleverley and Lambert could end up empty handed if he waits until the end of the season.
The Englishman has impressed during his temporary spell at Villa Park so far, playing 14 Premier League matches to date.
