Many places have reported that a deal has already been finalised for this Sporting Lisbon youngster, who has been impressing in Portugal this term.
Carvalho only broke into the Sporting first team 12 months ago and yet has done so well is now a fully fledged international for the Portuguese team and is having a valuation as high as £35m put on him.
