Anderson has predicted that there will be an exodus from the Red Devils in the summer.
Manchester United midfielder Anderson – who is currently on-loan at Fiorentina – says that several players want to leave the under-achieving Premier League champions.
The Red Devils have struggled this term under David Moyes and the 2-1 league defeat to Stoke City at the weekend leaves them seventh in the table and 15 points off leaders Arsenal.
Anderson was among the group of players that many considered no longer could enough for a team with title ambitions, but the Brazilian says lots of stars want to leave Old Trafford anyway.
“I am sure that lots of players want out,” the 25-year-old was quoted by Goal.
“Especially people like myself and Nani, who have been in Manchester for seven or eight years.
“Manchester United is a huge club, a club that does everything for its players, but sometimes a footballer wants to leave just to experience a different way to play football and to learn something as well.
“I want to show Fiorentina my quality and fight for a spot in the starting line-up.
“I thank all Manchester United fans for their love, but I’m here to stay.”
It’s thought that the South American won’t be the first to leave the club this year and that Moyes plans a mass exodus this summer – with the likes of Patrice Evra, Rio Ferdinand, Shinji Kagawa, Nani and Nemanja Vidic also expected to depart.
However, if the Scot cannot secure Champions League football for next season then attracting top-class new talent could prove to be difficult.
