The duo are looking to try and sign Nani.
Juventus and Sporting Lisbon are both looking to try and sign out of favour Manchester United winger Luis Nani, according to the Mirror.
The 27-year-old is likely to be one of several causalities at Old Trafford as manager David Moyes looks to put his own stamp on the squad.
Nani has made just 10 appearances for the Red Devils this season – seven of which were starts – and is behind the likes of Antonio Valencia, Ashley Young and youngster Adnan Januzaj for a place in the first team.
Sporting are keen to re-sign the midfielder after selling the Portugal international to United in 2007 for a £22m transfer fee – but has failed to ever really live up to that price.
The Portuguese club want to bring Nani in on an initial loan with a view to a permanent deal in the future, but face competition from Italian champions Juve.
The Serie A leaders have been linked with the player for some time and United could be more tempted into selling to La Bianconeri as they will offer cash up front.
Moyes is looking to completely overhaul the team that the 50-year-old has inherited from Sir Alex Ferguson, with a number of stars linked with moves away.
Midfielder Anderson – who joined the club at the same time as Nani – has already left on-loan to Fiorentina and Patrice Evra, Rio Ferdinand, Javier Hernandez, Shinji Kagawa and captain Nemanja Vidic are all likely to leave in the summer.
