Portuguese flyer has been in the north west since 2007.
Unsettled Manchester United midfield player Luis Nani could quit the Premier League champions this summer in order to join mega-rich Ligue 1 outfit AS Monaco, says the Daily Express.
The exciting Portugal international has been at Old Trafford for six years now, having signed for the Red Devils from Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon on a five-year contract worth 25.5 million euros in June 2007.
However, after some highly successful early campaigns in the north west for the 26-year-old, last season was a struggle for the wide man under previous United manager Sir Alex Ferguson, with the player featuring in just the 17 matches for the club in all competitions, including only ten Premier League contests, and scoring two top-flight goals along the way.
As a result, new United boss David Moyes is understood to be happy to let the winger depart the Red Devils when the summer transfer window opens on July 1 in order to beef up his own funds to bring in new players, with the newly-promoted French giants expected to sign Nani for as much as £20m.
