The Red Devils have apparently opened talks with Barcelona over the potential £20m transfer of the superb Chilean. Last term in La Liga, Sanchez scored 19 goals, and also reached double figures for assists. He would be a significant improvement on Ashley Young, Nani and Antonio Valencia in the wide areas.
