United’s forgotten man wants to join Newcastle on loan.
Manchester United winger Wilfried Zaha wants to join Newcastle on loan in January, according to Goal.com.
The winger, 20, is yet to make a Premier League appearance for the Red Devils since arriving in a £17m deal from Crystal Palace this summer.
Zaha last played for United in the Community Shield Victory over Wigan in mid-August and Newcastle, Swansea, Stoke City and Palace are all thought to have enquired about taking him on loan in the new year.
It is understood the one-cap England international favours a switch to St James’ Park, provided United boss David Moyes gives him the green light to leave on loan.
Zaha signed for United last January in a deal arranged by former United boss Sir Alex Ferguson and was loaned back to Palace for the second half of the club’s promotion-winning campaign.
