Midfielder was reportedly the subject of a bid from Premier League side Crystal Palace.
Melbourne Victory head coach Ange Postecoglou insists Mark Milligan is not for sale after he was linked with a move to England.
Premier League newcomers Crystal Palace reportedly submitted a bid for the 27-year-old with the view to partnering him with Australia international team-mate Miles Jedinak in the centre of midfield next season.
However, Postecoglou brushed off the rumours that he could follow Billy Celeski out of the exit door this summer, asserting that Victory were never the recipients of an offer from the Eagles and wouldn’t entertain one if approached.
“We haven’t received an official offer for him and, to be honest, if we did we’re not going to let him go,” Postecoglou told Fox Sport.
“He’s contracted for another two years, he’s a very valuable member of our football club and that’s the reason why we brought him here.
