The goal above broke the deadlock for United, who now have 10 points from five games in the Barclays U21 Premier League.
Fellaini, who spent five years with Liverpool’s local rivals Everton between 2008 and 2013, set up Nick Powell for United’s second goal of the game.

Liverpool scored twice in the last 15 minutes – thanks to Jerome Sinclair and Madger Gomes – to level the scores.
