The Storm had a bad first half against the Sea Eagles, which caused, combined with some controversial referring decisions, its defeat at Brookvale Oval.
But Melbourne finished strongly in that match and with a bit of luck would have beaten Manly. They will be out to make amends against Cronulla.
The Sharks have been poor, losing to Canberra and Brisbane so far this season. Luke Lewis has come on to an extended bench for them while Sam Tagataese has been named in the front row.
Ben Barba is again at five-eighth, with Michael Gordan at fullback, but the Sharks’ new recruit has struggled in the 6 jumper.
Melbourne are unchanged from the Manly game. Blake Green scored two tries against the Sea Eagles and is starting to find his feet at the Storm.
