According to Schefter, the sample Jordan submitted was diluted – which counted as a strike. Jordan was suspended in 2014 for the same issue and his latest strike has resulted in his year-long suspension.

Jordan was suspended for the first 4 games of the 2014 season for violating the NFL’s performance enhancing substance policy. On September 19, 2014, Jordan again violated the drug policy and was given an additional 2 games to add for the suspension.
The Dolphins traded up from the 12th overall pick with the Oakland Raiders to take Jordan 3rd overall in the 2013 NFL draft. Jordan played in 16 games in 2013 but recorded no starts and finished with 2.0 sacks and 26 tackles. In his 10-game season in 2014, Jordan recorded just 1.0 sack and 20 tackles.
