Miami Dolphins running back Knowshon Moreno will not play in the next preseason game, but he is expected to return for the following game.
Miami Dolphins running back Knowshon Moreno has been injured throughout most of the offseason with a knee injury, but he is expected to return soon.
The Dolphins signed Moreno to a one-year deal following his breakout season with the Denver Broncos, and he was initially expected to become their starting running back.
However, he will not be seen in the Dolphins’ next preseason game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Moreno is expected to return in next week’s game, according to a tweet from NFL Media insider Ian Rapoport.
Don’t expect #Dolphins RB Knowshon Moreno (knee) to play in this week’s preseason game. I’m told next week is when he’ll debut for MIA.
