Arguably the best defensive lineman to hit free agency in years, Lions DT Ndamukong Suh is going to be a hot target.
The Miami Dolphins will reportedly be one of the top contenders in the NFL free agency period to acquire the All-Pro DT.

According to a report by Armando Salguero of The Miami Herald, the Dolphins will “definitely be in the Suh chase” when unrestricted free agency officially opens in just over a week.
Salguero reported that Suh is expected to be offered around $100 million on his free agent contract and could become the highest paid player in the NFL. Salguero added that his sources told him that the Dolphins are confident that they can land him and that “…they’re going to put a great offer on the table for Suh.”
The No. 2 overall pick by the Detroit Lions in 2010, Suh immediately emerged as one of the best interior DL pass rushers in the NFL – and possibly in NFL history.
In just five NFL seasons as a DT, Suh has made the Pro Bowl four times and is a four-time All-Pro. He was the Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2010 after recording an astounding 10.0 sacks and 65 tackles. He has never missed a game due to injury, but has been suspended in the past for inappropriate behavior on the field – most notably stomping on the arm of a Green Bay Packers offensive lineman during a Thanksgiving game in 2011.
In his five seasons he recorded 36.0 sacks, over 240 tackles, two forced fumbles, a fumble return for a TD and played in 78 out of 80 games.
