San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree got off to a strong start in training camp by making a one-handed catch.
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree missed a large portion of the 2013 season before returning in Week 13. He instantly rejuvenated the offense and made quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s job easier.
However, his season ended with being the subject of Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman’s infamous interview with Erin Andrews after the NFC Championship. Sherman went on to call Crabtree a “sorry receiver” after sealing the game with a tip that led to an interception.
Crabtree is looking to establish himself as the 49ers’ No. 1 receiver and prove Sherman wrong. He is off to a good start in achieving that in his first day of training camp.
The video below is a clip from Vine that shows Crabtree making a one-handed catch.
